Who we are
BreezeCV is a service operated by Lucid Academy("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Lucid Academy. By using BreezeCV you agree to these terms.
Using BreezeCV
BreezeCV helps you create and tailor CVs and cover letters. You can use it to prepare your own job applications. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for how you use the documents you create.
Be honest
BreezeCV is designed to present your real experience in its best light — never to invent qualifications you don't have. Don't use it to misrepresent yourself.
Credits & payments
Your first CV is free. Additional CVs use credits, sold in one-time packs that do not expire. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Polar (Polar Software Inc., polar.sh), who acts as the merchant of record for all orders.
Refund policy
Your first CV is free, so you can try BreezeCV before you buy. If you purchase a pass, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — provided you have not yet generated or downloaded a tailored CV or cover letter using that paid pass. The moment you generate or download a tailored CV or cover letter on a paid pass, that purchase has been delivered and is final and non-refundable: by generating or downloading you expressly consent to immediate supply of digital content and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, as permitted under EU and UK consumer law for digital content delivered immediately with your consent. To request an eligible refund, email support@breezecv.com; refunds are issued to your original payment method and processed by Polar (Polar Software Inc.), our merchant of record, at our discretion.
No guarantee of outcomes
We help you make a stronger application, but we can't guarantee interviews or job offers — those depend on many factors outside our control.
Service availability
We work hard to keep BreezeCV accurate and available, and to support you if anything goes wrong.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
